Fight Til' I'm Good Enough is an official music video made as part of a collaboration between The Living Tombstone and Glitch Productions. It is set about a year after the events of Absolute End, in which Uzi's tail causes a zombie apocalypse within the outpost, forcing Uzi, Serial Designation N, Serial Designation V, and Sparky to work together to put an end to this disastrous prank. Meanwhile, N struggles with his self-worth and tries to prove himself to Uzi's parents.
The music video was directed by Zachary Preciado and Micah Preciado, who both are apart of ZAMinations on YouTube.
Lyrics[]
[ Uzi Doorman ]
I see the way that they look at me
And see what I couldn't be
[ Serial Designation N and Uzi Doorman ]
The one who's good enough
As simple as I was born to be
In perfect conformity
Like all the others
[ Uzi Doorman ]
But since you ripped the world I had in two
I was broken, rearranged
Beyond the life I thought I knew
It feels so damn strange.
[ Serial Designation N and Uzi Doorman ]
I know that I'm more than ya bargained for
I'm not some story's hero
Won't give up and give them a good excuse
To write me off like a weirdo
Show the ones who doubt me
That I'm not the losеr that they thought, got
Nothing left to lose, just gotta provе
That I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
[ Absolute Solver ]
Can you hear it? The drums of war
Do you fear it? The future you're unprepared for
Within you, evil capacity
It has a name, it has a voice
It's me.
I feel your suffering, I feel your bu-bu-bu-buffering
As I grow stronger within her, this is the way the world ends
Not with a bang, but a whimper
N-n-nothing.
N, you will always be nothing
Ask yourself if I am bluffing
Ask yourself if you are good enough
The answer is NO.
I'm the voice inside your head
That says they're safer if you're dead
Cause every iota of your data says that
There'll be a day that
You kill everyone you love instead
[ Serial Designation N and Uzi Doorman ]
I know that I'm more than ya bargained for
I'm not some story's hero
Won't give up and give them a good excuse
To write me off like a weirdo
Show the ones who doubt me
That I'm not the losеr that they thought, got
Nothing left to lose, just gotta provе
That I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
I'll fight 'til I'm good enough
Trivia[]
- The concept of a zombie outbreak was actually a scrapped idea for the episode "Heartbeat". In a Q&A with Liam, it is revealed that the original script for episode 2 involved a zombie drones invasion as a play on the zombie virus being a computer virus. However, Liam was unsatisfied with it due to being too close to a mind-control narrative and removing agency from the characters, and so eventually scrapped and forgot about it, replacing the main threat with Eldritch J.[1]
- The song/video takes place in 3072, aka a year after the episode "The Promening". This is shown in the prom area scene, when it says "PROM 3072" instead of "PROM 3071". Despite this, there are posters at the doors that say "PROM 3071".
- At 2:13, Thad is stepped on by giant Sparky, but at 2:56, he is seen alive and not-crushed.
- In the Behind The Scenes Video, N doesn't appear in 1:16. and was later inserted in the final version instead.
- At 1:27, if you look above Uzi, you will see a pair of white eyes.
Errors[]
- The apostrophe in the word "til'" in the title is in the wrong place; it should be at the beginning instead of the end.
