"Is this guy important?"
―Mitchell asking Dr. Ridley upon realizing he put on the wrong suit.
Mitchell was a minor character in Murder Drones.
He was a scientist intern at JCJenson, working at the underground cathedral in Cabin Fever Labs. He made his only appearance in "Mass Destruction", where he was implied to have later died from the core implosion event.
Physical Appearance[]
He wore the standard uniform of a Cabin Fever Labs scientist: a gray jumpsuit and a gas mask. In addition, he wore a blue mining helmet equipped with a camera and headlamp. He also mistakenly wore Dr. Chambers' nametag.
Personality[]
Mitchell was a bit absent-minded as he mixed up his outfit with a high-ranking scientist's. Despite this, he still tried to follow orders above his job level. Though he seemed dim, he was alert and intelligent, as seen when he sensed something was amiss the moment he re-entered the lab, lying about not being able to find Yeva and locking her outside as a precaution. This implies a level of thinking ahead and selflessness, both keeping Yeva safe and keeping her presence a secret in case he truly needed her, though this could also be because he held some level of genuine care for her or Worker Drones in general.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
Mass Destruction[]
A recording showed that Mitchell was an intern at JCJenson in Cabin Fever Labs. He mistakenly wore Dr. Chambers' outfit, which confused Dr. Ridley and the other staff. Following Nori's attempted exorcism, he was told to "find 48."
Mitchell ran over to the lockers where the test subjects were stored and found Yeva, who was in the middle of a game of Tetris. Annoyed, Yeva followed Mitchell back to the lab and took out a bit of her annoyance by slapping away his hand when he held it to ensure she stayed close. When Mitchell entered the lab, he noticed everything was flickering, raising his suspicion. He did not let Yeva in, pretending he couldn't find her, and then investigated the scene.
The entire scene is soon revealed to be a holographic facade, and he eventually witnesses Dr. Ridley with no right arm be dragged into a pit of flesh that opens up in the altar, out of which Nori (possessed by the Absolute Solver) appears. The Solver thanks Mitchell for the new host and throws the Crucifix Patch at Mitchell's head. After a short break, it is revealed that Yeva had stopped the patch mid-air, but the force still cracks Mitchell's gas mask. Mitchell bolted out the door after Yeva assured him she could handle this.
As with every other human on Copper 9, Mitchell is presumed to have died after the core collapse.
