Overview

Outpost 3 is a major location in Murder Drones and was the main setting of the series until "Home".

Biography[]

Pre-series[]

Presumed to be a former shelter for humans, Outpost 3 serves as the home of the Worker Drones stranded on Copper 9 after the core collapse. This is also the place Yeva and Nori Doorman went to after escaping Cabin Fever Labs together.

Season 1[]

PILOT[]

Inside Outpost 3, Uzi is seeing doing a presentation in her class, before eventually showing off a railgun, her newly created weapon. However, it then malfunctions and Uzi was sent to the nurse office for her face injury, before meeting Thad, who she explains to about her plan to get the last piece in the Disassembly Drones' lair needed for her railgun, which she later does, secretly stealing her father's Door Master Key from his room and leaving with the excuse that she wants to join the Worker Defense Force.

Uzi finally comes back with her railgun now complete, but not without Serial Designation N, a Disassembly Drone, having followed her back to the bunker. She attempts to close the blast doors of Door One, but N stopped the doors from closing completely in time and eventually gets them open, before killing the Worker Defense Force guards who were guarding them.

Uzi attempts to kill N once again via her railgun, but was ambushed by the latter. As a result, Uzi calls out to her father, Khan Doorman, to do it for her. However, he instead does nothing and leaves her for dead. N eventually threw Uzi aside and spared her after he was then approached by his fellow teammates, Serial Designation J and V, who compliments him for successfully opening the blast doors.

After V left in pursuit of killing more Worker Drones in the bunker, N questions their parent company's motives to J and how they can use help from the Worker Drones to fix their Landing Pod and escape Copper 9. However, this plan backfires and J instead plants a virus into N's system for attempting to rebel, before leaving him for dead.

Uzi thankfully saves him and the two teams up against V and J, with J dying in the hands of Uzi's powerful weapon and with V defeated by N and then tied up by him. Uzi then confronts Khan about his actions and declares that she banishes herself from Outpost 3, eventually leaving the place with N and V.

Heartbeat[]

While trying to fix the hole on the ceiling that was made by N, Frank was eventually murdered by J's core, which transformed into Eldritch J and began to kill more drones and then assimilating them as well. As that happens, Khan has a parent-teacher conference with Uzi's teacher in her class. Meanwhile, Eldritch J, now disguised as a holographic Lizzy, attempts to lure the real Lizzy into opening the door and letting it into the class.

Back at N and Uzi, the duo was notified by Thad about the situation and later entered the bunker after being allowed in by Ron. There, they discovered the eldritch, who attempted to kill Thad as well, but the duo saved him and he ran off. It then targeted Uzi and N, but was eventually reduced back to nothing but a simple core after Uzi's railgun self-destructed. The said core was stabbed repeatedly by N's Nanite Acid tail before turning into a small black hole that floats away and escapes.

Khan, along with his co-workers, arrives to the scene and saw a traumatized Uzi, witnessing N running away as the episode ends with Uzi looking up at her conspiracy theory-related drawings on her room ceiling. Back at Lizzy, she attempts to open the door, but Doll, who realizes what was going to happen if she does so, uses her Absolute Solver abilities to destroy the door, preventing her from using it.

Later, Doll is seen sitting on top of a desk alone in the class while looking at a photo of V.

The Promening[]

Doll is now seen having murdered multiple individuals who were selected as prom queen candidates, as she is aware that V, someone she plans on murdering in order to avenge her deceased mother and father that was killed by said Disassembly Drone, will come to the upcoming prom to kill everyone there. While being helped with Lizzy, she plans for V to be promoted as prom queen the day the event begins since all prom queen candidates have been killed off under the guide that they "mysteriously disappeared."

While she turned out to be correct and V did come and was finally promoted as prom queen, Doll's plan to end V's life is stopped by N and Uzi, who saves the latter from the former. Doll is later killed by V with a bullet to the head, before Uzi, N, and V ventures off into Doll's home and discovers the corpses of her parents hidden under a cloth. While exploring, Doll, now back from the dead, teleports in front of the trio and tries to kill Uzi with the same bullet V shot her with. However, the Absolute Solver then awakens inside Uzi and stops the bullet mid-air, saving her from death.

Realizing that Uzi is also a host for the Absolute Solver, Doll apologizes and offers to help the former, but quickly teleports away once again when V attempted to shoot a missile at her.

Cabin Fever[]

Khan is observed showing Uzi a closet that stores all of her mother's drawings and photos, before telling Uzi to stay safe, as the latter plans on going to Camp 98.7.

Home[]

Uzi is seen going through N and V's memories via a special type of device to figure out what the Absolute Solver really is, before her room was intruded by Doll, who then took the Keybug from her.

Absolute End[]

After presenting her class a video showing her story on how she now has come to be, Uzi expresses her thoughts on how this place isn't actually so bad as her parents, Nori and Khan, and her newly established boyfriend, N, hyped her up, while V and Lizzy booed her instead. She then shows off her Solver form to the class, scaring most of them as a result.

In the end credits, specific scenes based around the setting of Outpost 3 can be seen, which are of the following: A silhouette of Eldritch J in the Cryosleep Chamber, N and Uzi in the latter's room, a silhouette of Doll in the school hallway, Nori, Khan, Uzi, N, and other Worker Defense Force members playing gin rummy, Lizzy, Uzi, V, Thad, and N in the ballroom upholding a funeral in honor of Doll's unfortunate death, an outside view of the Outpost, a scene of the same location where Eldritch J lured in and killed Tim, before Uzi is then observed opening her locker in the school hallway.

Her tail, now taken over by the Absolute Solver, asks her if she ever considers putting a bow on, before Uzi abrubtly closes the door of her locker and ends the series.

Trivia[]

  • The only times Outpost 3 isn't the main setting of an episode is in "Cabin Fever" (since the episode takes place in Camp 98.7) and "Home" (since a majority of it takes place in N's memories during his time at Elliott Manor).
    • It's presumed that Outpost 3 will no longer be the major setting as of "Dead End", with the main focus and setting now being Cabin Fever Labs. This was confirmed in the finale "Absolute End".
  • It's indicated that there are at least nine (based on Khan Doorman's certificate[1]) outposts within the colony.
